All EI8HT watches are Swiss Made, designed, manufactured, and assembled in Switzerland.

EI8HT watches are exclusively sold online through our official website.

WHERE ARE EI8HT WATCHES SHIPPED FROM?

All EI8HT watches are shipped from La Chaux-De-Fonds, Switzerland.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN EI8HT WATCH?

No, EI8HT watches cannot be personalized.

ARE EI8HT WATCHES WATER-RESISTANT?

Each EI8HT watch is marked with its specific water resistance level. However, water resistance cannot be guaranteed permanently as it may be affected by aging gaskets or accidental impacts. We recommend having your watch’s water resistance checked annually and after any shock by a professional watchmaking center.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES?
EI8HT watches are produced and shipped from Switzerland. The applicable fees and taxes are:


- Switzerland: TTC (All taxes included)
- USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Singapore & Hong Kong: DDP (Delivery Duty

Paid) *
- For all other countries: DAP (Delivered at Place - Taxes not included)

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Delivery times vary by country.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. A signature is required upon delivery.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY EI8HT WATCH?
Due to the ultra-limited nature of EI8HT timepieces (8 pieces), We accept returns under certain conditions.


Returns are accepted only in the event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) issue, provided the watch is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.


Exchanges are not available – customers must return and place a new order.


HOW CAN I RETURN A WATCH?

5. WARRANTY & REPAIRS
 

 

HOW LONG IS THE EI8HT WARRANTY?
EI8HT watches come with a 2-year international warranty, covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use.


WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or dial.
Functional issues unrelated to wear and tear.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
Accidental damage (drops, impacts, excessive wear).
Water damage beyond the stated resistance level.
Strap wear, discoloration, or scratches from regular use.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.


HOW CAN I REPAIR MY WATCH OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY?
If your watch is no longer under warranty, you can have it repaired through our official after-sales service. Contact us at support@ei8ht.watch for an evaluation of costs and repair time.

7. SECURITY & INSURANCE

 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WATCH IS STOLEN?
We recommend purchasing a luxury watch insurance policy that covers theft and loss. Our watches can be registered in secure databases via Watch Certificate, helping identify and recover them in case of theft.
