RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

At EI8HT, we craft timepieces with the utmost precision and quality control. Due to the exclusivity of our watches, our return and warranty policies reflect the rarity of our creations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. WARRANTY

For any warranty claim, EI8HT will repair the watch at no cost to the customer. Iin cases where repair is not feasible, we will propose alternative solutions.

1.1. What is covered :

  • Manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or dial.

  • Functional issues unrelated to wear and tear.

1.2. What is specifically not covered :

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, excessive wear).

  • Water damage beyond the stated resistance level.

  • Strap wear, discoloration, or scratches from regular use.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

1.3. Procedure :

The customer must check the condition of the watch immediately upon delivery. If any of the defects listed in 1.1. are found, the customer must contact EI8HT customer service without delay. If the defect is not reported immediately, it will be considered accepted, unless it was not detectable during a standard inspection.

If such a defect (1.1.) appears later it must be reported immediately.

Each EI8HT timepiece is covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

2. RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the ultra-limited nature of EI8HT timepieces (8 pieces), replacements are not possible. Returns are accepted only in the event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) issue.

2.1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the watch is defective upon unboxing, a full refund is granted after verification.

2.2. Return procedure:

The customer must immediately contact EI8HT customer service via email. The request must be clear and include photos/videos of the reported issue.

Once the request is approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for insured shipping. The watch must be returned unused and in its original condition. The return must be made within a reasonable timeframe.

After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3. SERVICE & REPAIRS BEYOND WARRANTY

After the 2-years warranty expires, repairs and servicing remain available at cost. 

Customers are responsible for insured shipping both ways.
